After this 24-hour window, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if:

  • There is a fault, damage, or error with your order and

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. Without proof, refunds will not be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Normal wear and tear
